What should I wear?

Proper practice attire would be a leotard, glasses strap for those who wear glasses and bar grips (optional). No baggy clothes will be allowed during practice. A gymnast’s hair should be tied back so as not to interfere with practice. We have used leotards for sale at the gym.

Boys should wear shorts and a t-shirt.  No jean shorts or shorts with buttons.

Do we have to participate in the fundraising?

Different Booster Sales will be held throughout the year, typically one per month. It is your choice to participate in the Booster Sale. For each Booster Sale, a % goes into the gym, parents' account and personal account. Every student will have a personal account and can earn money from the booster sale. This money can be used for tuition, uniforms or competition meet fees in $5 increments. There will be a Personal Account list in the office updated after each booster sale. You must wait for the money to be deposited for each booster sale before you can use this.
If for any reason you decide to leave TNT Gymnastics (anytime over 2 months), your personal account will become part of the TNT Gym Fund. Personal Accounts for multiple family members will be in one joint family account.

Does the gym close for bad weather?

If we cancel class for weather conditions, check both TV and Radio for the closing or call the gym. We will put a message on the answering machine at the Gym if classes are cancelled for weather. If the Galleria Mall is closed, we will be closed. We reschedule cancelled 8 week session classes (Preschool, Mom & Me, Level 1).

Do you offer a free trial period?

TNT Gymnastics prides itself on its smaller class sizes and attention to each and every athlete. For this reason, and due to the nature of the sports, free trial periods are not permitted. Students who may be interested in gymnastics, cheerleading or wrestling may call the office for more information.
